Cairo and Giza: 1–2 business days. Alexandria and other major cities: 2–3 days. All other governorates: 3–4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day.

Yes — free shipping on all orders over 500 EGP. Orders below 500 EGP have a flat shipping fee that is shown at checkout depending on your governorate.

Yes. Once your order is shipped you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also check the Track My Order page on our website.

We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives. InstaPay — transfer the order total via your bank's InstaPay feature, then send us the receipt screenshot on WhatsApp. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards online.

Open your bank app and use the InstaPay feature to transfer the exact order total to our registered number. Screenshot the confirmation, place your order on the website, and send the screenshot to our WhatsApp. We verify and confirm your order within 1 hour.

Cash on Delivery is available across all 27 Egyptian governorates. There are no exceptions.

We carry XS through 3XL across all product lines. See our Size Guide for exact measurements in centimetres. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for shapewear.

Light compression — comfortable all-day wear, gentle smoothing, great for sensitive skin or postpartum recovery. Medium compression — our most popular, balances comfort with a visible sculpting effect. Strong compression — maximum waist reduction and posture support, ideal for waist trainers and medical corsets.

Most shapewear items are hand-wash recommended in cold water. Medical corsets and posture supports should be spot-cleaned. Full care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment.

Yes — free size exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to start the exchange process.

We offer store credit for returns within 14 days. Cash refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or are the wrong product. All returns must be pre-approved via WhatsApp before sending the item back.

Take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging, then WhatsApp it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

No prescription is required. However, if you have a specific medical condition such as scoliosis, herniated disc, or post-surgical recovery, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before purchasing to ensure you select the right compression level and design for your needs.

For general posture support: 4–8 hours per day is typical. For post-surgical use: follow your doctor's advice exactly. Start with shorter periods (2–3 hours) and increase gradually. Never sleep in a strong-compression corset.

Our postpartum wraps are designed for safe use after both natural birth and C-section. For C-section recovery, wait at least 3–4 weeks before wearing any compression around the abdominal area, and always follow your obstetrician's guidance. Start with the lightest compression level.
